Gen Z & MILLENNIALS DOMINATE the cat market
They make up the majority of cat-owning households in the United States, representing approximately 30% to 40% of the total.
From Kitten to Young Adult
Hairball vomiting is a normal behavior in cats, as they ingest fur while grooming. For Gen Z owners who spend long hours away from home for work or study, these incidents are easy to miss.
Based on the investigation, more than 50% of Gen Z's cats are becoming Mature Adult even Seniors. Especially for seniors, the need for cats at this age will be different.

Then What if your cat
vomits blood
instead of a hairball?
For Gen Z owners away at work or school, would they be able to notice it in time?
How does Nomo solve this problem
The current pet camera is limited to helping cat parents detect abnormal situations.
Goal
Developing a product solution based on today's pet camera
Monitoring System
Rather than using multiple cameras, Nomo is built as a system consisting of one camera and multiple listening units.
Sensor unit
Each sensor unit functions as a microphone.
When an unusual sound is identified, the unit captures the audio and sends it via Bluetooth to the camera gateway
Camera
In addition to serving as a monitor, the camera also functions as the gateway for the Nomo monitoring system.
Once audio is transmitted, the networked camera uploads the information to the cloud and synchronizes it with the user's mobile app.
Problem
Although existing pet cameras can record video and audio, cats do not stay in fixed locations, making a single pet camera less effective for Gen Z owners.
So, do we have to buy a second pet camera?
