Story is experience, and to hear people's stories is what I love and what I do. I believe people do know what they are seeking behind every action, but cannot fully explain it. You like playing puzzles, but why? Loyal to a certain brand, but for any reason? Love hiking and going out, tell me more about it!

As a product designer and design researcher, my job is to understand those "WHY" and uncover the hidden desirability within these stories through observation, interviews, and behavioral research.
